Recruitment isn't your normal 9-5 and its probably not something you have thought of and many of us often fall in too. The good ones feel found, they love it, its borderline addiction its rewarding and not just financially. Knowing you have made a difference, had an impact in someones life and performed better than a competitor. Its satisfaction.

If you do or do not have recruitment experience but you have a great personality you could be an excellent consultant. Let's keep the focus here and remember that we are people dealing with people so your ability to create and hold a conversation is paramount. Engaging is what we are looking for someone who can be emotive and have some passion about what they do. Its not for the feint hearted, there will be ups and downs while spinning plates like Erich Brenn.

We could wax lyrical about our ability but words are just that so how about our membership of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, We have standards to shout about, First class training via The British Institute of Recruiters as well as our own in house stuff. Were not having a salary band... Rubbish, We're not excluding anyone so don't over value your ability. You are worth what you are so lets see your walk and we will reward it. Fancy a decent break at Christmas... we give you one. Its paid too. Want incentives beyond your pay packet and a commission structure to rival all? Yep... We have plenty of them. Ohh... and don't worry... If you work better wearing slippers while building towers out of Twiglets we can accomodate that too.
