Sorry

We understand your desperation to get these rolls filled, have your team complete, to be working swiftly and efficiently but so often we speak to clients who “have always done it this way” and we can understand why they think having several companies working to fill the same role at a bargain basement cost is the best way. It seems so right when you don’t know.

Good recruitment is not a cold call followed by a few CVs 5 minutes later.

Good recruitment is not a race to provide a candidate that has not been spoken to, qualified with little if any information on the position you have on offer.

Good recruitment is not a mass mailer to the ever growing ATS of irrelevant candidates that must be right because Jim tagged them up in 2015 as having a GCSE.

Good recruitment isn’t keeping you as an employer there best kept secret while forcing the candidate into an interview with a few contorted words to get them in front of you.

Good Recruitment is not expecting a candidate to accept the offer you have presented on a two minute call that you must rush off to do another mass mailer to your “Talent pool”

Good recruitment cannot be rushed. The only loser is the client and the candidate. Good recruitment takes honesty, some integrity, and ethics. This is just one reason why you need to be seeing what your recruiter has done beyond a couple of days in house training before being handed a LinkedIn licence and a phone.

A lot should change in this industry, and we intend to do our partners proud with what we provide and that is by doing it correctly. Doing things in the best possible way like training takes time. It cannot be rushed.

We are sorry but we may not work with you if you are working with multiple recruiters. It is completely counterproductive for you. It is doing you more damage than it is good, and you are not even aware of it. Mooch will not aide that nor be associated with it. We value your candidates we speak with as much as you as a client. We value your brand as much as we do our clients.

Lets us explain why you are doing more damage than good and what we can rectify to ensure you are attracting and retaining talent that you need. It starts with you making contact.
