Supervisor/Team leader
We are offering an opportunity to work with one of the largest Healthcare companies in the South West. Multiple Role in many locations with hours that can suit you.
Key Tasks
- Administration of Medication to service users
- Leading, directing and managing of staff if running the shift including responding to emergencies.
- Provide personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting assistance to the Service Users and will undertake manual handling duties as required.
- Access and update confidential records using a computer. Maintain necessary records such as Service Users care plans, and contribute to reviews of customers' needs as directed.
- Work with the Activities Co-ordinator to encourage the Service Users to take part in organised activities and one to one support.
- Liaise with other professionals such as GP’s Social workers and families.
Senior Night Health Care Assistant only
- You will be expected to stay awake and not leave the building when you are on duty.
- To carry out security checks to maintain the wellbeing and safety of the Service users.

From £14.39 to £19.19
Nights
From £15.72 to £19.19
As standard all applicants must have the following minimum standard training
- Manual Handling Theory and Practical Face to Face Training - a competent knowledge and experience of supporting complex individuals to use a ceiling track and mobile hoist is required.
- Emergency First Aid at Work (including CPR)
- Mental Capacity Act & Deprivation of Liberty
- Health & Safety and Risk Assessment
- Equality and Diversity (once only) Fire
- Infection Control
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
